What we process

Account/order data: name, practice, VAT/tax ID, address, email, phone, order and payment history. Newsletter: email (with consent). Web/technical: IP address, device and browser data and cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

Fulfilling your order and delivery (GDPR art. 6.1.b); bookkeeping and legal obligations, including retention under the Danish Bookkeeping Act (art. 6.1.c); marketing/newsletter with consent (art. 6.1.a) – can be withdrawn at any time; legitimate interests such as operation and security (art. 6.1.f).

Recipients

We share data only with suppliers that help us deliver the service (shipping carriers, payment processor Stripe, hosting/Odoo, email) under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, a lawful transfer basis is ensured.

Retention

Accounting records are kept for 5 years. Other data is deleted when the purpose no longer applies.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Contact info@instrudent.com. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
