Returns

We offer a 30-day return right on unused instruments in unopened original packaging. Email info@instrudent.com with your order number to arrange a return before shipping anything back. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless otherwise agreed. The refund is issued once the goods have been received and inspected.

Claims (defects)

Please inspect the goods on receipt. Report any defect without undue delay and no later than 8 days after delivery to info@instrudent.com with the order number, a description and photos. Approved claims are replaced or credited.

Note: purchases on instrudent.com are business-to-business (B2B) sales to dental professionals. Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply; the 30-day return right above is our voluntary commercial policy.
